Good Samaritan Medical Center
Good Samaritan Medical Center is an award-winning, 224-bed, acute-care, community hospital, providing comprehensive care that extends beyond its four walls to address the most critical health and wellness needs of its Brockton community members and beyond.
The hospital offers Centers of Excellence in orthopedics, trauma care, and cardiology; specialized care in surgery; family-centered obstetrics with a Level II special care nursery, and advanced diagnostic imaging. Good Samaritan offers the region’s only designated Level III Trauma Center, which provides adult and pediatric emergency care to more than 65,000 patients each year.
Beyond that, Good Samaritan was founded with the mission to expand the scope of healthcare to treat the social and economic roots of health, helping historically underserved patients and community members make life-changing enhancements in overall wellbeing. Good Samaritan is deeply dedicated to collaborating with community partners to improve the health of Brockton residents and 22 neighboring communities through providing accessible, person-centered care.
St. Elizabeth's Medical Center
Founded in 1868, St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center has been recognized for its top-rated physicians, who have been providing person-centered specialty care to their community in its 291-bed main campus in the heart of Brighton for more than a century.
As a Boston University Teaching Hospital, St. Elizabeth’s provides patients and families access to some of Boston’s most advanced treatments and specialty care, including its cutting-edge robotic surgery program, advanced center for cardiac surgery, Level III NICU, and nationally recognized Stroke Center, which earned the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for its dedication to high-quality care.
St. Elizabeth’s was founded on the mission to provide comprehensive, high quality, compassionate, and efficient healthcare in the community setting by assessing the unmet needs in our neighborhoods, participating on local action committees, delivering preventative care and education, and funding community-based healthcare initiatives.
WellSense Health Plan
WellSense Health Plan is a nonprofit health insurance company and the largest Medicaid Managed care plan in Massachusetts, serving more than 740,000 members across New England through Medicare, Medicare, individual, and family plans. Founded in 1997, WellSense provides high-quality health plans and services that work for our members, no matter their circumstances. WellSense works closely with providers at BMC and our partner healthcare organizations, with a goal of ensuring that patients with WellSense insurance coverage receive well-coordinated, seamless care.
All members receive comprehensive coverage for hospital, primary, specialty, and behavioral healthcare, among other benefits and services. In addition, members in some WellSense plans receive extras, such as free car safety seats and bicycle helmets for kids, manual breast pumps, dental kits, access to a 24/7 nurse advice line, and reimbursements for WW® (formerly Weight Watchers) and qualified gym memberships.

Boston Accountable Care Organization (BACO)
Boston Accountable Care Organization (BACO) is an accountable care organization (ACO), managing over 200K patients across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial partnerships. BACO is comprised of five hospitals, 12 community health centers, and over 1500 physicians across Massachusetts.
ACOs provide a structure for a group of doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers who come together to give coordinated, high-quality care to their patients. By helping your specialists, primary care providers, and insurance company to communicate more closely, ACOs deliver care that meets your individual needs and preferences.
Clearway Health
Clearway Health partners with hospitals and health systems to build or strengthen their own specialty pharmacy program, improve access to care, and provide personalized support to vulnerable patients, families, providers, and care managers to eliminate barriers and ensure medications are received on time.
Boston HealthNet
Boston Medical Center is a founder of Boston HealthNet, a network affiliation of the medical center, Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, and 12 community health centers. Established in 1995, Boston HealthNet is an integrated health care delivery system whose partners provide outreach, prevention, primary care and specialty care, and dental services at sites located throughout Boston and in nearby communities.
Physicians at HealthNet locations provide a wide range of comprehensive health care services to adults and children, with a focus on disease prevention and health education. When you receive primary care at HealthNet sites, you have access to both individualized and culturally-sensitive care in your neighborhood and highly trained specialists and cutting-edge technology at BMC.
Boston University Medical Group
Boston University Medical Group (BUMG) represents over 880 physicians, non-physician clinicians, educators, and researchers across 18 clinical departments at Boston Medical Center. Their members are providers at BMC and have faculty appointments at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine focusing on clinical care, research, and teaching.
Oakwell
Oakwell, a partnership with BMC Health System, is a comprehensive solution for health system sustainability management and real estate optimization. The company partners with hospitals and health systems to develop custom energy efficiency and consumption reduction programs that reduce spend, improve balance sheets, and free up capital that can be reinvested in patient care.
