The Center for Thyroid Disorders focuses on all thyroid conditions, with a specialization in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules using high-resolution ultrasound/fine needle aspiration.

Medical nutrition therapy provides one-on-one counseling to help patients incorporate healthy nutrition into their lives. Our dietitians review the patient’s current nutritional status, sort through nutritional misinformation, set achievable goals, and create personalized plans to improve overall health. These individual guidelines for medical nutrition therapy are based on lifestyle, cultural background, and specific nutritional needs.

The SMG Tully Diabetes and Nutrition Center provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art care, education, and support to adults with diabetes and is recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support. Our comprehensive team, including endocrinologists, nurses, and dietitians, works closely with patients and their support systems to develop customized treatment plans that work for each patient.

The Outpatient Diabetes Education Program provides comprehensive education and support for patients and their support systems. From information on diet and exercise to medication and glucose monitoring, our specially trained health professionals partner with patients to help them learn to self-manage their diabetes and decrease the risk of future complications.
